Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping anywhere in UK if your cart value is above £ 30  . A fee of minimum £ 2 (flat rate) will be charged on orders below the cart value of £30. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. The Minimum and Maximum Delivery timeline would be 3 to 15 days depends on the location you are.

Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
General Cases

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) and accept the decision of Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) regarding the cancellation.

In case of Perishable Goods,

If a customer wants to cancel the order for perishable products, the cost of the products will have to be borne by them.


Cancellation of Order by Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk):

Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Refund Policy by Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk):

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  •     the item may be damaged during transit
  •     or there might be a manufacturing defect
  •     or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

Unused Product

  1. Container must be in its original, sealed and unused condition.
  2. Must provide proof of purchase (order number from our website) for a    full refund or exchange
  3. Refund excludes any paid shipping charges, restocking fees and/or any handling charges
  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  5. Return shipping and handling charges may apply to un-deliverable or refused packages.

Used Product

  1. Open container and partial used product
  2. Once a product has been opened, Amazing Grass is unable to accept the return or refund this product
  3. Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltdstands behind our products and we will consider product replacement

Transaction charges applicable for prepaid orders.(if the order is cancelled by the customer)


Courier charges applicable for returning the product. (if the order is cancelled/returned by the customer).

Product seal should not be opened

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

To get a refund or replacement, email us at sales@ecoveda.co.uk with your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.


If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

I purchased your product from another retailer or retailer and they won’t accept a return or exchange. Will Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) accept the return or exchange?

Ecoveda Naturals UK Ltd(www.moringamatra.co.uk) stands behind our products 100%. If you purchased our products from one of our partners or from retailers, you must work directly with them for return or product exchange.

For International Orders:

• We also ship internationally across all countries

• Shipping and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. For orders email us to sales@ecoveda.co.uk or watsapp to ---------------
• All international orders may attract local duties in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.
